Welcome to 129 West 89th Street, Apartment #36.
Situated on the 3rd floor of this airy 1900's building, apartment 36 welcomes you to Upper Westside living at it's most charming. Think Norah Ephron movies, dreamy fall days, and you get my idea.

Upon entry to the apartment, high ceilings and hardwood floors welcome you into the hallway, which provides access to all rooms in the apartment, as well as the hall closeting.

To the right of the hall, passing the apartment video intercom system, you are lead to the well appointed windowed bathroom. This is a newly renovated, bright, clean space complete with Marmi White Calacatta matte tiled floor, low profile bathtub and large standing shower area with sliding door system, accompanied with shelving and slimline vanity unit. The bathroom has a newly installed Kohler toilet with Toto electrical seat.

Off the bathroom is the spacious bedroom, with tall rear, inner courtyard facing windows, a built in closeting system, and ample space for a suite of bedroom furniture and more. This bedroom is tucked into the rear of the apartment, and is pin drop quiet. Its blackout blinds make this a perfect sanctuary for sleep.

Moving back through the hallway, you pass a windowed dining nook, comfortably accommodating a large circular table for four.
