Top floor and approximately 865 square feet, Apartment F5 is a bright one-bedroom with a classic prewar feel and wide-open rooms. The layout features a long entry hall with arched openings and opens to a huge living room with two large windows, tall ceilings, and hardwood floors.

The windowed eat-in kitchen offers extensive wood cabinetry to the ceiling, a tile floor, dishwasher and range with an over-the-range microwave, a full-size refrigerator, and two lighting fixtures. There is room for a dining table in the kitchen.

The bedroom is exceptionally large and has three windows on two exposures, excellent cross-breeze, and a clear view of the Statue of Liberty, the Manhattan skyline, and the harbor. The bath is windowed and retains vintage mint tile with burgundy accents, along with a white vanity and granite style top. Closets are well distributed, including two near the foyer, a linen closet by the bath, and a large bedroom closet.
