Fees:
Application fees: $20 per applicant, per roommate change
Security deposit amount: Equal to one Month's rent
Storage Fees: $65 per month per unit (if applicable)
Bike Fees: $25 per month per space (if applicable)
Parking fee: $520 plus tax per month per space (if applicable)
