Incredible full floor loft apartment on the 10th floor of a 12 story coop with a video intercom. Each floor has a private keyed elevator entrance which opens up directly into this rarely available home with exposures South, East and North. The flexible floorplan is currently set up as two bedrooms and a separate family room and a den, both which can be converted back to bedrooms as the windows exist and were covered (see alternate floor plan) to create a three or four bedroom home. The unit has high ceilings which are over 10 feet and oversized windows and the multiple exposures bringing in great light. There are generous closets and storage throughout and new hardwood floors. The sensible layout is great for both living and entertaining and the location is fantastic with shopping, restaurants and transportation options close by.
