Additional building amenities include a full-time doorman and helpful live-in super, parking that occasionally comes up for rent in the condo, landscaped roof deck with City views, fitness center, pet spa, bike room and multimedia residents' lounge/screening room. There is also a guest apartment that may be rented out to family and friends for $150/night. Pets and guarantors allowed case-by-case and a lease can begin November 1st for one year or longer.
