PARQUET Floors + Gorgeous Ceiling Molding. The Charm is stunning + vintage. The " VIEWS + Light are wonderful! 3 Windowed Livingroom! A Real Bedroom with room to move around. Can easily accommodate a Study Area. (2 windows)!  The Location. A Winner with exceptional Cafes  and proximity to an F train subway! Pets: One on approval. Welcome. Heat + Hot water Included. Nice. Responsive management.  No Virtual Tours. In Person Visits w/flex. A quality spacious designer bathroom you will love.  This rental was occupied for years! The owner did a wonderful renovation! The Perfect One Bedroom Rental awaits your inspection.

These rentals are becoming scarce and as mentioned the owner has restored its elegance. Just move in! Other perks too :).
