This is optional furnished apartment equipped with stainless steel appliances, newly renovated kitchen and bathrooms, and washer/dryer. The large brownstone windows get tons of light, along with great closet space. The bedroom itself has a kingsize bed in it.

This is close to multiple methods of transportation, with the ABCD express stop being one block away and two avenues away from the 1 train. There are tons of shopping, restaurants, a New York Sports Club, and grocery stores all nearby. It's on the border of two great areas of Sugar Hill and Hamilton Heights, where you have access to the best places they have to offer. And also close to City College and Columbia University.
