I like that a lot! The owner has provided new Cooling Split units for Summer heat. Cool your apt inthe Summer. The apartment also large radiators that provide heat at the owner's expense! Nice. This 3-unit Townhouse has a brand-new intercom. This extra security system is anice bonus. Subway location. Bergen street station 2 blocks away. Other subway access also very convenient. A wonderful top floor rental has finally been completed and as mentioned the location could not be more exciting as you are remarkably close to a 24/7 subway and some of the best coffee shops you'll find anywhere, including mine. Add "several "delicious bakeries and butchers; what more can one ask for .... I'll provide my list.

Let's get back to Dean Street and a beautiful top floor rental (2 flights up) available that gets wonderful light and has almost 10FT ceilings too. Location matters and this one exceeds expectations for subway access and all the cozy shops you'll find exploring. You can also get to other wonderful favorites like Ft Greene and Park Slope quickly. I have noted a bunch of highlights and there are more like the numerous outlets that dot the primary bedroom and secondary bedrooms the apartment has good looking oak floors that glisten in all the rooms.
