Very spacious and bright living room with oversized windows. French doors lead to an adjacent king-size bedroom that can also be accessed via entrance foyer. Other apartment features include hardwood floors, high ceilings, pre-war details and amazing natural light. This is a 3rd floor walk-up - 2 flights up (no elevator). NO LAUNDRY on premises but there are several laundromats and drycleaners in vicinity that also offer same day and pick-up/delivery service.

Heat and hot water is included in the rent. One small, quiet and well-behaved pet might be considered on a case by case basis, restrictions apply.

The Atlantic Terminal is just a block away with easy access to 11 subway lines and the LIRR. Very convenient location near all best shopping, dining and neighborhood amenities.
