公寓的租户从现在一直占用到6月30日。看房仅限于周二和周三的上午11:00到下午6:00，需预约；周四的上午11:00到下午3:30也需预约。任何周末的看房需要获得当前租户的批准。新租户的租约将在2025年7月15日后开始。

The apartment is tenant occupied through June 30th. Showings are limited to Tuesday's & Wednesday's from 11:00AM to 6:00PM by appointment and Thursday's from 11:00AM to 3:30PM by appointment.
