The Uptown Victorian apartment features three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. Enter from the covered front porch to find the living room, separate dining room and remodeled kitchen on the main floor. Upstairs hosts three bedrooms including a light filled primary suite with soaking tub and floor to ceiling bay window. Two more bedrooms and another full bath with tub round out this level.

The apartment is filled with period features, hardwood floors, stained glass windows, and built-ins throughout, including vintage hardware and soaring ceilings that make the already sizable 1604 square feet feel even larger. Despite the central location, you’ll be spared no conveniences, the apartment two designated parking spaces, and the .24 acre lot has a large backyard with room for outdoor dining come summer. The unit also has central A/C, a dedicated washer/dryer and dishwasher.

As for location, it’s hard to top this one. It’s just a five minute walk to Kingston attractions like the farmers market, Rough Draft, and all the dining, drinks and shopping options of Kingston’s Stockade district.
