66 North 1st Street is a classic adaptive reuse of an early 20th century commercial building, originally built in 1910. A true nod to Williamsburg’s industrial past, the factory was once the longtime site of Newco Ironworks, specializing in custom steel structural and ornamental Ironwork design. Converted to the Factory Lofts Condominium in 2010, developers restored its brick facade to its original glory, incorporating oversized timber columns in the main lobby and added a vertical extension to the building.

Loft 2A features floor-to-ceiling walls of original brick, custom and architectural steel stairs and railings. Central heating and cooling, in-unit washer and dryer, and common roof deck against stunning river waterfront and skyline views. Also included is on-site private storage as well as heat, hot water, and cooking gas.
