Presenting Residence 9A at 11 Beach Street, a modern and meticulously designed 3,900 square foot loft located in the heart of Tribeca. This expansive home, including its furnishings, has been custom designed by Thomas Juul-Hansen, who was architect of the building's conversion along with BKSK Architects. Every aspect of the home is grand in scale, from the great room, which spans almost 1000 square feet, to each of the three bedroom suites. From the 9th floor, exposures to the south and west offer open city views, with additional windows to the east providing all-day light.

Enter from the keyed elevator into the proper foyer. Ceilings over 10 feet high and spacious gallery walls lead to the great room. Enormous California closets, impeccably built and maintained, line the gallery entrance. In the great room, west- and south-facing windows brighten this flexible living, dining and entertaining space. Residence 9A is the only unit in this line that has the south-facing window, creating a corner exposure unique to the building. Currently configured with three seating areas and formal dining for ten, the great room is the centerpiece of the home.
