This is a pristine full service building, featured in John Wick, The Continental. The floors of the apartment have been refinished to a satin sheen, plus the whole home has been deep cleaned and freshly painted. A new Bosch Dryer was installed to accompany a Bosch Washing Machine, both are in-unit.

This is a bright apartment with unique architectural features. The main living space has three light exposures within a massive convex wall with ten oversized windows facing north, east, and west. The views are of adjacent ornate landmarked, art deco, and Wall Street buildings. There is custom overhead lighting throughout the apartment. Carpentry details such as shoe molding and trim surround closet doors.

Both bathrooms feature custom walnut vanities, freestanding over counter porcelain basins, recessed medicine cabinets and Gioia Marble tiled walls.
The primary bedroom has a bathroom ensuite with both a standing shower and tub, wall-to-wall closets, and enough space to hold a king bed.

The secondary bedroom can fit up to a queen bed and has access to a second bathroom with a tub across the hall.

The third bedroom is the perfect space for a twin sized bed or can be repurposed as a proper home office. The Bosch Washer/Dryer is in this third bedroom, along with a closet. This room is accessible through french doors that open into the living room.

The living room has a proper dining alcove, a wall of windows facing three exposures: North, East, and South as well as individual PTAC units which supply central air throughout.

1 Wall Street Court features a sky terrace and roof lounge which brings the vibrancy of Wall Street indoors all year round. This is a 360-degree glass house with moving glass panel doors, which encompasses an entertainment room and surrounding roofdeck adorned with an outdoor shower, flat screen TVs and wet bar. This is an extension of your living room and available for tenant use. There is also a secondary laundry room with larger drum machines. The building has 24-hour doorman service, elevators, and an additional lounge in the lobby.

Built in 1904, this structure housed the world's largest cocoa market – why it is still known as The Cocoa Exchange Building.
The building is akin to the Flatiron building, with its triangular shape at the corner of Pearl and Beaver Street. The alternative address is 83 Beaver Street and it’s on the National Register of Historic Places (NRHP) as of 2005 and also a contributing property to the Wall Street Historic District as of 2007.
