The kitchen has ample cabinets and storage as well as stainless steel appliances including dishwasher and microwave. There is a large bathroom and plenty of storage space. There are hardwood floors throughout. The sleeping alcove is off set from the large living area.

The building features a live in super, full-time porter, part-time doorman (Tuesday to Friday 4:00pm-12:00am and Saturday to Monday 8:00am to 12:00am), a laundry room, newly renovated hallways, bike room, storage area and attached parking garage (parking not included). Whole Foods and the 6, E, F, M trains are 2 blocks away! Located near Central Park and the East River Promenade. There is a Whole Foods market two blocks away as well as many other neighborhood services including numerous fine restaurants. Cats ok. Dogs are not permitted.
