Bayad sa Ulat ng Consumer $100.00

Kapag naaprubahan ng kooperatiba, ang mga sumusunod na bayad ay dapat bayaran sa Pagpirma ng Kasunduan sa Upa:

Deposito sa Seguridad $2350

After the owner approves the preliminary application, the co-op requires the following Application Fees:
Application Processing Fee $700.00
Digital Document Retention Fee $150.00
Move-In Deposit $500.00 (refundable)
Move-In Fee $150.00
Consumer Report Fee $100.00

Once approved by the co-op, the following payments will be due at Lease Signing:
First Month Rent $2350
Security Deposit $2350
