ਕੋ-ਆਪਰੈਟੀਵ ਦੁਆਰਾ ਮਨਜ਼ੂਰ ਹੋਣ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ, ਲੀਜ਼ ਸਾਈਂ ਕਰਨ ਵੇਲੇ ਹੇਠਾਂ ਦਿੱਤੀਆਂ ਭੁਗਤਾਨੀਆਂ ਦਿੱਤੀਆਂ ਜਾਣੀਆਂ ਹਨ:

After the owner approves the preliminary application, the co-op requires the following Application Fees:

Move-In Deposit $500.00 (refundable)

Consumer Report Fee $100.00

Once approved by the co-op, the following payments will be due at Lease Signing:
First Month Rent $2350
