Beschikbaar op 1 juli, komt dit zeer gewilde appartement met een paar kanttekeningen. Er is een condominium-raadproces dat enige tijd kan duren, dus het is het beste om vroeg te solliciteren. Er is een minimale huurperiode van een jaar. Het condominium staat geen kortere termijn toe. Huurders zijn niet toegestaan om huisdieren te hebben. Dat gezegd hebbende, is dit huis uiterst handig vanuit een transport- en locatieoogpunt.

Dit condominium bestaat uit drie gebouwen met twee prachtig aangelegde tuinen, alleen voor bewoners. Vervoer is ook uiterst toegankelijk met de B- en C-treinen (en de late A) die stoppen bij het Cathedral Parkway station, praktisch onder het gebouw. Er zijn vijf stadsbussen die rond het gebouw rijden van de M10 die op en neer Central Park West gaat, de M3 en M4 die Oost gaan over de bovenkant van het Park en naar beneden 5th Avenue door Museum Mile. De M4 gaat helemaal omhoog Broadway naar de Cloisters. De M7 gaat naar beneden Columbus Avenue, beginnend bij Manhattan Avenue recht tegenover de voordeur van het gebouw, naar beneden in het Village. De M116 gaat van Broadway, langs het gebouw naar het winkelcentrum aan de oostelijke oever, dat een Costco en BestBuy onder andere winkels heeft. Er zijn ook talloze taxi's (gele en groene) die het gebied bedienen. CitiBike en fietsverhuur zijn volop beschikbaar op 110th Street.

Als het gaat om restaurants, buiten het eerder genoemde Café Amrita, zijn er alle smaken van de keuken op Frederick Douglass Boulevard (noord van Central Park West), naar beneden Columbus Avenue en omhoog op Broadway (de Columbia University-buurt). How would you like an apartment with a quiet view of a large garden as well as City views all the way down Central Park? The apartment is located in a convenient, full-service building with a large, bright living room, renovated kitchen, lots of storage space and ample bedroom. Available July 1, this highly desirable apartment comes with a few caveats. There is a condominium board process that can take some time so it is best to apply early. There is a minimum lease of one year. The condominium will not allow a shorter term. Renters are not allowed pets. That being said, this home is extremely convenient from a transportation as well as location standpoint.

This condominium consists of three buildings with two beautifully landscaped gardens, just for residents. Central Park is just across the avenue (Central Park West), the supermarket is in the building (separate entrance on 110th Street), there is a cafe/bar across the street with indoor and outdoor seating that serves coffee in the morning, wraps and salads for lunch, drinks at night and a great brunch menu on weekends. There is a farmers' market on the corner of Morningside Park, across the way, every Saturday.

The new Davis Center in Central Park features a swimming pool, there is an Orange Theory gym across the Circle and the Conservatory Gardens on 105th have been recently renovated.

Transportation is also extremely accessible with the B and C (and late night A) trains stopping at the Cathedral Parkway station practically under the building. There are five city buses that ply around the building from the M10 that goes up and down Central Park West, the M3 and M4 that go East across the top of the Park and down 5th Avenue through Museum Mile. The M4 goes all the way up Broadway to the Cloisters. The M7 goes down Columbus Avenue starting at Manhattan Avenue across from the front door to the building down into the Village. The M116 goes from Broadway, past the building to the shopping center on the East River which has a Costco and BestBuy among other outlets. There are also a plethora of taxis (yellow and green) that ply the area. CitiBike and bicycle rentals abound on 110th Street.
