Het eerste dat in me opkomt als ik dit exquise studio binnenkom, is: perfectie!
Het is ingericht op een manier die de ruimte maximaliseert met slimme oplossingen. Van de opbergruimte onder het bed, tot de diepe, elegante, dramatisch verlichte kasten, de spiegelwand in de badkamer, de kruk/ koffietafels die ook als mini-containers dienen, alles is geweldig, en het is allemaal op maat gemaakt. Er is een verfijnde bank, die ook dienstdoet als een zeer comfortabel bed, in een zachte, gebroken witte bouclé wol, en planken die de kamer verdelen tussen salon en slaapkamer. De plafonds zijn 2,9 meter hoog.
Het bureau uit de jaren 20 kan gemakkelijk als eettafel dienen.
En de super functionele, aparte keuken heeft een raam dat uitkijkt op een charmante achtertuin.
Het gebouw heeft 24 uur per dag een portier, fietsenstalling en een wasruimte.

The first thing that comes to mind entering this exquisite studio is: perfection!
It’s furnished in a way that maximizes the space with clever solutions. From the under bed storage, to the deep , elegant, dramatically lit closets, the mirrored wall in the bathroom, the stool/ coffee tables that double as mini containers, everything is wonderful, and it’s all custom made. There is a sophisticated sofa, that also serves as a very comfortable bed, in a soft, off white, bouclé wool, and shelves that divide the room between salon and bedroom. Ceiling are 9.5 feet high.
The 1920’s desk becomes easily a dining table.
And the super functional ,separate kitchen has a window facing a charming backyard .
The building has, 24h doorman, bike storage and laundry room.
