Loop het The Cove Club binnen vanuit een zeer rustige doodlopende straat die uitkijkt op de Hudson River. 3M is een zonnige, heldere oostelijk georiënteerde een-slaapkamer condo met uitzicht op een met bomen omzoomde straat.

Bij binnenkomst kom je in een gang met een vloer-tot-plafond kast die alles past. De doorgangkeuken heeft full-size roestvrijstalen apparaten met een koelkast, fornuis, magnetron en vaatwasser. Het uitgebreide aanrecht heeft een handige ontbijtkamer met plaats voor 4, direct achter een eetruimte en de woonkamer met oversized ramen waardoor het oostenlijke licht naar binnen schijnt. Voordat je de slaapkamer binnenkomt, is er een korte gang die leidt naar de badkamer met een combinatie van douche en bad. Er is voldoende opbergruimte in de badkamer.

Er is een fulltime super/manager die altijd voor het gebouw zorgt.
