20-699.22 Volledige kosten openbaarmaking.
a. Elke aanbieding met betrekking tot de verhuur van residentieel onroerend goed moet in die aanbieding op een duidelijke en opvallende manier enige kosten openbaarmaken die door de toekomstige huurder voor de verhuur van dat onroerend goed moeten worden betaald.
b. Voorafgaand aan de uitvoering van een overeenkomst voor de verhuur van residentieel onroerend goed, moet de verhuurder of de vertegenwoordiger van de verhuurder de huurder een gespecificeerd schriftelijk verslag geven van alle kosten die de huurder aan de verhuurder of aan een andere persoon op aanwijzing van de verhuurder in verband met die verhuur moet betalen. Dit gespecificeerde schriftelijke verslag moet een korte beschrijving van elke kost omvatten, en de huurder moet zo'n gespecificeerd schriftelijk verslag ondertekenen voordat hij een overeenkomst voor de verhuur van dat residentieel onroerend goed ondertekent. De verhuurder of de vertegenwoordiger van de verhuurder moet het ondertekende schriftelijke verslag dat vereist is door deze paragraaf 3 jaar behouden en moet een kopie van zo'n ondertekend schriftelijk verslag aan de huurder verstrekken.

20-699.22 Total fee disclosure.
a. Every listing related to the rental of residential real property shall disclose in such listing in a clear and conspicuous manner any fee to be paid by the prospective tenant for the rental of such property.
b. Prior to the execution of an agreement for the rental of residential real property, the landlord or landlord's agent shall provide to the tenant an itemized written disclosure of any fees that the tenant must pay to the landlord or to any other person at the direction of the landlord in connection with such rental. Such itemized written disclosure shall include a short description of each fee, and the tenant shall sign any such itemized written disclosure prior to signing an agreement for the rental of such residential real property. The landlord or landlord's agent shall retain the signed written disclosure required by this subdivision for 3 years and shall provide a copy of such signed written disclosure to the tenant.
