These single block streets draw little street traffic as well. It’s equal to 3 long blocks from Prospect Park, and 2 blocks to the YMCA. Uber to the West Village is constantly 20 mins and Financial District is 10 mins by the tunnel. 4 mins to the R train, 8 mins to the F and G train at 7th Avenue. Zoned PS 10.
