The bathroom has a tiled walk-in shower and extra storage. The windows face North and get a good amount of sunlight. There is Laundry in the basement for your convenience!

Everything Park Slope has to offer is close by. Within two blocks alone there are multiple coffee options, several restaurants, a grocery store, and two banks. Prospect Park is just up the street and you have several bus and subway lines to choose from for getting around the city.
