Vienības izmantošana kā Pied-à-terre tiks uzskatīta par gadījumu pa gadījumam ar padomes apstiprinājumu. To drīkst izmantot tikai akcionārs. Kaķi ir atļauti ēkā - ne vairāk kā 2. *Suņi nav atļauti.*

There is a windowed kitchenette, with a small black sink, and a mini-refrigerator. ***There is a gas line in the unit (right of sink/not seen) where you could add a stove. The stove was removed for the office.***
The windowed bathroom is nicely done with a walk-in shower.

Using the unit as a Pied-à-terre would be considered as a case by case per board approval. It must also be used by the shareholder only. Cats are permitted in the building - no more than 2. *No Dogs are Allowed.*
