Tenant is responsible for $20 per person application fee upon application acceptance by landlord and upon lease signing the First Month's Rent, One Month Security and one-time non-refundable coop fees upon lease signing comprised of (1) Application Processing fee of $400, (2) Credit Check Fee of $200 per applicant, (3) Digital Submission Fee of $85, (4) Corporation Sublet Fee of $1,000, each subject to a 5% administration fee plus $1,000 refundable move-in deposit.
