Residence 11C is the only studio in historic Steinway Hall at 111 West 57th Street, one of New York’s most distinguished architectural and cultural landmarks and a monument to classical music, completed in 1925. Originally designed by Warren & Wetmore, architects of Manhattan’s finest Beaux-Arts landmarks including Grand Central Terminal, Steinway Hall has been reimagined by SHoP Architects with interiors by Studio Sofield, creating light-filled pre-war residences that honor the building’s heritage. Classic details like coved walls, stepped paneled doors, and solid oak floors are combined with every modern comfort.

Studio 11C features three large windows, 9’11” ceilings, solid oak floors with 5-inch planks in custom smoke gray, year-round fan-coil HVAC, an in-unit washer and dryer, and a dedicated AV closet.
