168 Evergreen Avenueのアパートメント3Bへようこそ。明るくモダンな1ベッドルームで、専用バルコニー、ゆとりのある居住空間、快適さを考えて設計されたキッチンを備えています。新築開発物件らしいすっきりとした仕上げと、家らしく感じられる十分な温かみが絶妙に調和した、私の大好きなバランスの住まいです。

リビングルームはこのアパートメントの中心です。南西向きの床から天井までの窓から、一日を通して美しい自然光が差し込み、特に午後は明るく照らされます。きちんとしたダイニングテーブル、4人掛けのフルサイズソファ、その他の家具を置いても、窮屈に感じることのない十分な広さがあります。リビングルームのすぐそばには、5フィート7インチ×11フィート（約1.7m×3.4m）の専用バルコニーがあります。建物の奥側に位置しているため、より静かで落ち着いた時間を過ごせます。

Welcome home to Apartment 3B at 168 Evergreen Avenue: a bright, modern one-bedroom with a private balcony, genuinely generous living space, and a kitchen designed for comfort. The apartment has that balance I love between clean new-development finishes and enough warmth that it still feels like a home.

The living room is the heart of the apartment. Floor-to-ceiling windows face southwest, so you get beautiful natural light throughout the day, but especially in the afternoon. There’s plenty of room for a proper dining table, a four-seater full-size sofa, and additional furniture without everything feeling squeezed together. Just off the living room is your private 5'7" x 11' balcony, tucked toward the back of the building for a little more peace and quiet.

And then there’s the kitchen. White cabinetry, quartz countertops, a large center island with seating, Bertazzoni and Blomberg appliances, and, yes, a built-in wine fridge. If you like to cook, host, or just sit at the island with a glass of wine while someone else cooks, it works.

Maria Hernandez Park is less than a 10-minute walk away, along with neighborhood staples like Roberta’s, and my new favorites: La Cantine, Gordo’s and Carousel.
