This ELLE Decor featured full-floor penthouse is among Harlem’s most architecturally refined residences — a complete gut renovation conceived by New York and Paris-based design studio Re-A.D by Côme Ménage. Celebrated for its meticulous luxury craftsmanship and elevated minimalism, the home has received a nomination for the 2021 NYCxDesign Awards.
