スタジオアパートメントは10月1日から入居可能です。南向きで、エレベーターのない建物の5階（4フロア分の階段を上った先）にあります。間取りは一直線型のワンルームで、キッチンとバスルームは独立しています。窓付きのキッチンには、コンロ、オーブン、冷蔵庫が備え付けられています。バスルームはタイル張りです。賃貸契約期間は最低1年間で、ペットの飼育が可能です。また、基本的な財務条件が適用されます。

入居者の費用は以下のとおりです。

申込時の初回信用審査：20ドル（1人あたり）

契約締結時に必要な費用：
1か月目の家賃：2,500ドル
保証金：2,500ドル

The windowed kitchen contains a stove, oven and a refrigerator. Bathroom is tiled. The lease term minimum is one year, pets are allowed, and basic financial parameters apply.
