セントラルパークを北に。ハドソンヤードのスカイラインを西に。このリンクの17階の角部屋1ベッドルームは、3つの面からの光を取り入れており、どれかを選ぶ必要はありません。

リビングルームは角を囲むように床から天井までのガラス張りで、ほとんど一日中東と南の光が差し込み、ハドソンヤードに向かって開けた景色を望みます。ここには十分なスペースがあり、全体のリビングエリアに加え、別のダイニングエリアもあり、「広々」と呼ばれる多くの1ベッドルームのように、ソファ1つとカードテーブルという計算にはなりません。

キッチンはポッゲンポールのキャビネットと石のカウンターで、サブゼロの冷蔵庫、ボッシュのレンジ、食器洗浄機、電子レンジが全てフルサイズで装備されています。アパートサイズとは決して言えません。

コーナーの主寝室にはキングサイズのベッドがぴったり収まり、余裕のあるスペースがあり、北側にはセントラルパークの景色、東側には市街地の開けた景色があります。窓のあるバスルームにはダブルバニティ、ネプチューンゼンの浴槽と独立したシャワーがあり、スパグレードのタイルが床から天井まで施されています。

洗濯機/乾燥機がユニット内にあります。リモコン式のシェードが全体に装備されています（リビングルームはソーラー、寝室はブラックアウト）。2つのゾーンで温度調節可能です。本当に物を収納できるクローゼットがあり、追加の月額料金でストレージケージが利用可能です。

建物について。リンクはコスタス・コンディリスが設計した44階建てのガラスのタワーで、ガラスキューブのロビー入口と、前扉の奥にある反射池と竹林で知られています。2007年に建設され、215の住居を持ち、24時間体制のドアマンとコンシェルジュ、住み込みの管理者、ダブル高さのフィットネスセンター、3200平方フィートの造園されたテラス、自転車置き場、荷物取り扱いサービスを提供しています。ペットフレンドリーです。

ロケーションについて。ミッドタウン・ウエスト、ヘルズキッチンとの交差点に位置しています。セントラルパーク、コロンバスサークル、リンカーンセンターはすべて徒歩圏内で、劇場街とミッドタウンの最高のダイニングやナイトライフも近くにあります。地下鉄9路線が数ブロック以内（A、C、E、B、D、1、N、Q、R）にあり、ここからどこにでも行くのが稀に問題になることはありません。

Central Park to the north. The Hudson Yards skyline to the west. This 17th-floor corner one-bedroom at The Link has three exposures and doesn't make you choose between them.

The living room wraps the corner in floor-to-ceiling glass, east and south light pouring in most of the day, open views out toward Hudson Yards. There's real room here, a full sitting area plus a separate dining area, not the one-couch-and-a-card-table math a lot of "spacious" one-beds run on.

The kitchen is Poggenpohl cabinetry and stone counters, outfitted with a Sub-Zero refrigerator, Bosch range, dishwasher, and microwave, all full-size. Nothing apartment-scale about it.

The corner primary bedroom fits a king bed with space to spare, Central Park views north, open city views east. The windowed bath has a double vanity, a Neptune Zen soaking tub with a separate shower, and spa-grade tile floor to ceiling.

Washer/dryer in unit. Remote-controlled shades throughout (solar in the living room, blackout in the bedroom). Two-zone climate control. Closets that actually hold your stuff. A storage cage is available for an additional monthly fee.

The building. The Link is a 44-story glass tower designed by Costas Kondylis, known for the glass-cube lobby entrance and the reflecting pool and bamboo groves just past the front door. Built in 2007, it holds 215 residences and runs full-service: 24-hour doorman and concierge, live-in resident manager, a double-height fitness center, a 3,200-square-foot landscaped terrace, bike storage, and package handling. Pet-friendly.

The location. Midtown West, where it meets Hell's Kitchen. Central Park, Columbus Circle, and Lincoln Center are all within easy walking distance, along with the Theater District and the best of Midtown's dining and nightlife. Nine subway lines within a few blocks (A, C, E, B, D, 1, N, Q, R), so getting anywhere from here is rarely the problem
