Apartment 305/306 has been the studio of a well-known artist for five decades. It is a large duplex with an 18'9" tall ceiling and oversized windows facing North. With your brush strokes and your contractor or architect's direction, this can be transitioned into a lovely 3 bedroom home. Currently it is configured with 2 bedrooms, one with a separate library space.

In addition, Apartment 305/306 can be combined with Apartment 303/304 to create an expansive 5+ BD home with private outdoor space (see separate listing). It can also be combined with Apartment 307 to create a 3+ BD home with a shared terrace.
