Larger than many townhouses and set on a quiet, tree-lined block surrounded by Carroll Gardens brownstones, this former warehouse building has a commanding 31-foot-wide concrete and glass facade, warm wood-framed entrances, and a band of industrial windows that stretch across the front. The building runs almost 70 feet deep — a rare footprint for the neighborhood, and one that has been thoughtfully transformed into a residence of genuine scale and beauty.
