I gatti, invece, saranno presi in considerazione.

Sun-filled, floor-through unit in the heart of Prospect Heights. This charming second-floor one-bedroom plus den has a classic railroad layout with room to spread out.
The huge South facing living room is flooded with light through the 3 large windows. It opens up to the den, which would work well as a home office, nursery, guest room, or dining area. The large and recently updated kitchen will have a new SMEG stove (install taking place) and a full sized refrigerator as well as plenty of cabinets for your cooking gear. A recirculating vent (not pictured) is also being added. The kitchen also houses a combined washer/dryer, so no more trips to the laundromat. The bathroom has been refreshed with a new vanity and mirror.
The quiet bedroom faces the back of the building and is generously sized, easily fitting a queen bed and bedside tables. There is with a double closet in the bedroom and an additional closet in the den.
The location is hard to beat. You’re a short walk from Prospect Park, the Brooklyn Botanic Garden, and the Brooklyn Museum, so weekend strolls, picnics, and farmers’ markets are practically at your door.
