The Bedroom has enough space to fit a king sized furniture suite and desk. Both the living room and bedroom have skyline views. The bathroom has been renovated and the windowed kitchen has stainless steel appliances and granite countertops.

Your monthly maintenance of $1,015.26 covers heat, hot water and property taxes. There is no flip tax and no assessment in place or planned. Subletting is permitted after one year of residency.
