20-699.22 Pengungkapan total biaya.

a. Setiap iklan yang berkaitan dengan penyewaan properti hunian wajib mengungkapkan dalam iklan tersebut, dengan cara yang jelas dan mudah terlihat, setiap biaya yang harus dibayar oleh calon penyewa untuk penyewaan properti tersebut.

b. Sebelum penandatanganan perjanjian penyewaan properti hunian, pemilik atau agen pemilik wajib memberikan kepada penyewa pengungkapan tertulis yang terperinci mengenai setiap biaya yang harus dibayar penyewa kepada pemilik atau kepada pihak lain mana pun atas arahan pemilik sehubungan dengan penyewaan tersebut. Pengungkapan tertulis terperinci tersebut harus mencakup uraian singkat mengenai setiap biaya, dan penyewa wajib menandatangani pengungkapan tertulis terperinci tersebut sebelum menandatangani perjanjian penyewaan properti hunian tersebut. Pemilik atau agen pemilik wajib menyimpan pengungkapan tertulis yang telah ditandatangani sebagaimana diwajibkan oleh ayat ini selama 3 tahun dan wajib memberikan salinan pengungkapan tertulis yang telah ditandatangani tersebut kepada penyewa.

20-699.22 Total fee disclosure.
a. Every listing related to the rental of residential real property shall disclose in such listing in a clear and conspicuous manner any fee to be paid by the prospective tenant for the rental of such property.
b. Prior to the execution of an agreement for the rental of residential real property, the landlord or landlord's agent shall provide to the tenant an itemized written disclosure of any fees that the tenant must pay to the landlord or to any other person at the direction of the landlord in connection with such rental. Such itemized written disclosure shall include a short description of each fee, and the tenant shall sign any such itemized written disclosure prior to signing an agreement for the rental of such residential real property. The landlord or landlord's agent shall retain the signed written disclosure required by this subdivision for 3 years and shall provide a copy of such signed written disclosure to the tenant.
