Perpustakaan terbuka di lantai ini dapat digunakan sebagai loft kamar tidur atau ditutup untuk kamar tidur pribadi ketiga.

Hunian luar biasa ini dilengkapi dengan sistem suara Sonos dan pendingin udara pusat dengan 5 zona serta lantai kayu keras yang indah di seluruh ruangan.
