Vibeke Lichten építész által a saját és férje számára tervezett duplex egy tágas nagyteremmel rendelkezik, lebegő lépcsővel a második szintre. A 18’9” magas mennyezettel és 15’9” északi tájolású ablakkal rendelkező sarkon elhelyezkedő lakás a fény három irányból: észak, nyugat és dél fürdőjében áll. Az első emeleten egy fatüzelésű kandalló és látványos nyílt városi kilátás található egy oldalsó kilátással a Central Parkra. Van egy külön ablakos étkező helyiség, valamint egy reggeliző bár. Ezen a szinten egy nyitott könyvtár is található, amely hálószobaként loftként is használható, vagy zárható egy 3. privát hálószobaként.

An open library on this floor could be used as a bedroom loft or enclosed for a 3rd private bedroom.

Once the home/studio of the artist Howard Chandler Christy, who painted the murals of dancing nymphs for the des Artistes restaurant, Residence 707 has been meticulously renovated and maintained by the current owners, making it a lovely home for comfortable living and elegant entertaining.
