Upon entering the apartment you have a small foyer with an entry closet on your left and the bathroom to the right. Straight ahead you have the living space. There is a large closet with shelves and a hanging rod just before you get to the pullman kitchen on your left.

The opposite wall has a built-in shelves next to the decorative hearth, which also has an additional shelf. The wakk facing the yard has two windows and a glass door to let in as much daylight possible.

The yard is 22 feet wide and rather deep, has bluestone near the building and cement pavers throughout. There are some wonderful trees to the back of the yard making this a truly magical space.
