The building still retains many characteristics of its former use, included the original horse pendant on the front facade. Arched windows line the front of the apartment, with cast iron columns and an arched doorway in the main entrance of the building, indicative of the Romanesque Revival era.

Apartment 4F is a one bedroom, one bathroom apartment that features original wide plank hardwood floors, a fully renovated eat-in kitchen, and Italian marble fireplace. Pocket doors separate the large bedroom from the main living space, which can comfortably fit a king-sized bed set.
