346 State Street's Parlor Apartment is a great studio in a fantastic location of Boerum Hill. Just off of Hoyt Street between Hoyt and Bond Street you are at the epicenter of all things Brooklyn. One block away and you are in Downtown Brooklyn with all the subway lines (A,C,G, 2,3,4,5, F, B, Q and R), shops and restaurants. One block South and you are Boerum Hill's main commercial corridor, Atlantic Avenue, with all the wonderful shops.

State Street is a tree-lined street that puts you near Brooklyn Heights, Cobble Hill, Park Slope, Downtown Brookyn and all the other surrounding neighborhoods.
