The studio has high, beamed ceilings; plank-style hardwood floors in excellent condition; and three generous closets, including a walk-in. The main room of the studio is large enough to accommodate a desk; a handsome, built-in entertainment unit with book shelves, a Queen-size Murphy bed, and room for a 44" TV; a table; a sofa; and a club chair with an ottoman. The bathroom has a deep soaking tub, which was recently re-glazed; subway tiles; an elegant chandelier; and a pedestal sink with a storage cabinet. The building has a 24-hour concierge, doormen, a live-in super, and several porters to keep things running smoothly. Enjoy such amenities as a renovated and air conditioned lobby, renovated hallways, BuildingLink, an all-season solarium with free WiFi, and a beautifully landscaped roof deck with a view of the city and a peek of the Hudson River. The Broadmoor is conveniently located in a coveted Upper West Side neighborhood with an abundance of shops and restaurants, such as Cafe du Soleil, Serafina, Telio's, Fumo, Kesari, Westside Market, Whole Foods, Gristede's, Buttercup Silver Moon Bakery, and the landmark jazz club Smoke.
