Corner Two-Bedroom with Central Park and Skyline Views at One Museum Mile

This corner two-bedroom, two-bath home at One Museum Mile, Robert A.M. Stern's condominium on Fifth Avenue at Central Park, has open views in three directions. From the living room, you look across the treetops of Central Park, south to the Manhattan skyline, and east toward the East River.

The split-bedroom layout places the two bedrooms in opposite wings for privacy. An entry foyer opens to a corner living and dining room with oversized windows and wide-plank hardwood floors.

The windowed kitchen has a full wall of glass, stone countertops, and floor-to-ceiling Zebrano wood cabinetry. Appliances include a Thermador five-burner cooktop and oven, a vented Miele hood, an integrated Thermador refrigerator and freezer, and a Bosch dishwasher.

The primary suite faces south with side views of Central Park and includes a custom walk-in closet. The bath is finished in Jerusalem limestone and polished marble, with a Zuma soaking tub and custom millwork.

The second bedroom, in the opposite wing, also faces south and has its own en-suite bath with abalone shell mosaic accents, Tundra Grey marble floors, a frameless glass shower, and a stone-topped vanity. An in-unit washer and dryer, central HVAC, and generous closet space complete the home.
