מגובה זה נפתח מבט אל מנהטן התחתית. נופים למרחקים מהחדר מביאים אל החלל את השמיים ואת קו הרקיע, ויוצרים רקע משתנה ללא הרף, המשתנה בהתאם לאור לאורך היום.

המטבח המעודכן הוא מחקר בניגודים: ארונות נירוסטה בהתאמה אישית לצד משטחי שיש לבן — רציני דיו להתנסות קולינרית, אך מוכן גם לאירוח. בחדר הרחצה, קירות טיח בסגנון ליים־ווש יוצרים שלווה דמוית ספא, בגוון מינרלי ובגימור ידני. הפרטים הפרקטיים תוכננו בקפידה לכל אורך הדירה, ובהם מכונת כביסה ומייבש בתוך הדירה, לצד שפע של שטחי אחסון.
