312 Prospect Avenue Apt 2R is a lovely winged two bedroom apartment in south Park Slope. On the second floor of small 8-unit four story walk-up building, the apartment gets some good light from the northern and southern windows from each of the bedrooms.

Both bedrooms have glass french doors and transoms that let in light into the the interior kitchen and living areas. Each bedroom has a closet with additional overhead storage. There is an additional entry closet that also has overhead storage.

Upon entering the apartment you are at the nexus of the apartment where the entry closet, tiled bathroom and kitchen meet. Just past the kitchen to the rear of the building is the smaller bedroom overlooking south that can fit a full sized bed and dresser/desk. Both this bedroom and the kitchen have lovely exposed brick giving you some apartment charm.

Past the entry closet and kitchen is the spacious living and dining area that measures about 8'8" by 20 feet offering flexibility on how to configure your entertaining space.

Just past the living area are double glass french doors that lead to the larger bedroom. This room gets amazing light with its two windows overlooking Prospect Avenue. It can easily fit a queen sized bed and additional furniture.

This apartment is cat friendly only.

Laundromat is at 7th Avenue and Prospect Avenue, about a block away. Heat and hot water are included in the rent. Tenant is responsible for cooking gas, electricity and cable/internet.

Near the R train at Prospect Avenue and the F & G trains at 7th Avenue in south Park Slope, the apartment is near Prospect Park, Green-wood cemetery, and all the great restaurants and shops that 7th Avenue and 5th Avenue offer making Park Slope a true neighborhood to call home.
