The windowed kitchen boasts striking black lacquered cabinets and is equipped with a stove top, dishwasher, and air fryer. Please note that the apartment does not include an oven.

The Seven Park Avenue is a full-service doorman building designed by renowned architects, including Emery Roth, famed for the San Remo and El Dorado, iconic Central Park West buildings. This cooperative boasts a grand lobby and furnished roof garden. It offers a package room, laundry room and an adjacent privately-operated parking garage.
