It features an entry foyer that opens into a spacious room with hardwood floors, beamed ceilings, two closets and a Murphy bed. The windowed kitchen boasts striking black lacquered cabinets and is equipped with a stove-top and dishwasher; it does not come with an oven. It is available with a Murphy bed.

The Seven Park Avenue is a full-service doorman building designed by renowned architects, including Emery Roth, famed for the San Remo and El Dorado, iconic Central Park West buildings. This cooperative boasts a grand lobby and furnished roof garden. It offers a package room, laundry room and an adjacent privately-operated parking garage. It is located in Murray Hill in close proximity to NoMad, the Flatiron District, Grand Central Station and the 33rd Street #6 Subway Station.
