בפארק סאנסט יש שעות ללא רצועה בכל יום לפני השעה 9:00 בבוקר ואחרי השעה 9:00 בערב. וכשהוא ממש מעבר לרחוב, אתם יודעים שאתם והחבר הפרוותי שלכם תבלו שם הרבה זמן, אך אתם גם קרובים כל כך להרבה מסעדות ושופינג טובות, עם אוטובוס B63 בפינה ותחנות רכבת R ו-N במרחק בלוק וחצי, לנסיעה נוחה למנהטן או לכל מקום אחר בברוקלין.

$20 לשירות בדיקת אשראי לאדם בעת ההגשה; דמי שכירות של חודש ראשון এবং פיקדון לחודש אחד בעת החתימה.

Live directly across from Sunset Park in a PET FRIENDLY townhouse! This junior one bedroom apartment on the parlor floor of a historic townhouse features bay windows facing the park.

The bedroom is in the front, separated by French doors from the living room/kitchen (including a dishwasher). This is a three-family townhouse.

Sunset Park has off-leash hours every day before 9 AM and after 9 PM. And as it's just across the street you know you and your furry companion will spend lots of time there, but you're also close to so many good restaurants and shops, with the B63 bus on the corner and the R and N trains a block and a half away, for an easy commute to Manhattan or elsewhere in Brooklyn.

$20 per person credit check fee at application; first month's rent and one month security deposit due at signing.
