This is a garden-level two-bedroom, two-bath apartment with a shared backyard. As you enter the apartment, you'll find a storage area under the stoop for your bikes. As you enter the double doors, a common hallway leads to the basement, where washer-dryer hookups are ready to go. Bring your own W/D!
The living room is east-facing, looking out to 6th Ave, with the original French pocket doors separating the kitchen from the living room. The living room also has the original pocket shutters on the windows for privacy. The kitchen is spacious, equipped with a dishwasher, a large refrigerator, and ample room for a kitchen table. Although the kitchen has not been upgraded, it is fully functioning, and it has a great layout.

Union Market is a popular market located in the area off Union Street and 6th Avenue, just a few blocks away. Additionally, a laundromat is located on Union Street, between 6th Avenue and 7th Avenue.
This neighborhood is conveniently located near coffee shops, restaurants, and nightlife.
