La cuisine ouverte est équipée d'appareils en acier inoxydable de taille normale, avec un réfrigérateur, une cuisinière, un micro-ondes et un lave-vaisselle.
Le comptoir prolongé dispose d'un bar à petit-déjeuner pratique avec de la place pour 4 personnes, juste derrière un coin repas et le salon avec des fenêtres surdimensionnées permettant à la lumière de l'est de pénétrer.
Avant d'entrer dans la chambre, il y a un court couloir menant à la salle de bain avec une combinaison douche-baignoire.
Il y a beaucoup d'espace de rangement dans la salle de bain.
