Rakennus sijaitsee historiallisen Park Slopen alkuperäisen alueen sydämessä. Prospect Parkiin, Brooklynin museoon ja upeaan kasvitieteelliseen puutarhaan on helppo päästä. Metroasemat ja bussipysäkit ovat aivan lähellä, ja B- ja Q-linjoille sekä 2- ja 3-linjoille kävelee helposti. 7th Avenuen monet hienot kaupat ja ravintolat tekevät siellä kävelystä nautinnon.
