Alun perin The Hit Factory oli legendaarinen äänitysstudio, jossa monet kuuluisat muusikot loivat lukuisia platinalevyjä. Tällaisia nimiä olivat John Lennon, Rolling Stones, Bruce Springsteen, Paul Simon, Billy Joel, Madonna ja Michael Jackson, jotka olivat usein vieraina näissä studioissa.

Sitten tämä ikoniseksi noussut rakennus muuttui boutique-tyyliseksi 27 asunnon kokonaisuudeksi. Tervetuloa The Hit Factory Condominiumeihin. Niin suuren historian ja arvostuksen myötä vain yksi tai kaksi asuntoa tulee markkinoille joka vuosi.

Sisäänkäynnin vieressä oleva neljäs huone tarjoaa ylimääräisen tilavan huoneen, jota voidaan käyttää monin eri tavoin. Käytävän päässä on toinen täysikokoinen kylpyhuone.

Asunnossa on pesukone-kuivauskombin ja lisäksi mukana myynnissä on suuri yksityinen varastotila.

Taiteilija Alan Ket ja hänen tiiminsä loivat tähän kotiin räätälöidyn seinämaalauksen, joka heijastaa paikallisia teemoja. Originally, The Hit Factory was a legendary recording studio for many famous musicians who created countless platinum records there. Such names as John Lennon, the Rolling Stones, Bruce Springsteen, Paul Simon, Billy Joel, Madonna and Michael Jackson were frequent visitors to these studios.

Then, this iconic building became a boutique set of 27 residences. Welcome to the The Hit Factory Condominiums. With so much history and cachet, only one or two apartments come onto the market each year.

Apartment 5F has a loft-like style and design. It is located on a higher floor and boasts over 1,000 SF along with many special features. This home offers one formal bedroom plus a separate large study and two full baths, providing much flexibility inside the apartment.
